Orkut has been hit with a XSS attack.
The Bom Sabado virus seems to have started a few hours back and now it is all over orkut scraps, spreading from friend to friends. The virus or worm is automatically sending our a weird message that says Bom Sabado!
The word “Bom Sabado” means “Good Saturday” in Portuguese, which is the also the official language of Brazil, one of the last remaining Orkut bastions in the world.
What to do -
- do not log in to orkut
- if you have already done, change the password of your google account
- clear all cookies on your machine
